4/9/05 - The new contest is a joint sort of thing with Salli.

4/1/05 - The contest is now voting. Really. Honest! I've redone a number of dolls recently. They look nice in my Easter banner, don't they? I've decided to start grouping comments by month instead of just putting them up randomly. We'll see how well this works.

3/27/05 - The contest will start voting. But probably not today. -

2/17/05 - The new contest has to do with snow.

2/15/05 - STORYTELLING CONTEST AWARDS. (With a big thanks for the patience of the entrants.) I actually have the next three contests planned—one of them still needs and example, one is going to require some structural work (but it's really cool) and the third is a surprise. In the meantime, I've uploaded a few of my awards. I need to do a new banner. It's really not Epiphany anymore. -

1/20/05 - Final judging for the storytelling contest is underway. And then I'll be working on awards. -

1/2/05 - Storytelling contest now voting. Also, do check out the base revamp if you haven't. I put a lot of work into that. (I may be around some the next couple of weeks but I won't be able to update.) -

12/22/04 - The contest will start voting as soon as I get done making the poll. I have one entry that I haven't put up yet, so if your name isn't Luthien and your entry isn't up yet, email me ASAP.

As a special Christmas treat, I am uploading my new bases before trying them out myself. There are four new bases (I couldn't fit them all on this page, so go check them out), plus a new pair/group base that you can piece together to get as many as you like.

I also uploaded the final Advent blinkie early. If you've been wondering what's up with those (and the candles on my layout banner), you can read about it in the ELCA worship FAQ, and also here is a longer explanation of the colors and symbolism. Once the final banner shows up on Christmas Eve (assuming I remember), it'll stay up through Epiphany. -

11/26/04 - NEW CONTEST!!! Storytelling. -

11/5/04 - In case you missed the last update, there are a ton of new blinkies. I like blinkies. And I believe I'm going to stop experimenting with hair and go back to my old method, which I think probably worked better. -

10/4/04 - The Camp Counselor Dollmaker would be the surprise, if you didn't catch on. (See, I mentioned a surprise, and I linked to Salli, and Salli linked to it on her page, get it?) It's still kind of primitive (okay, by my exacting standards), so please let me know if there's anything you would love to see added. (You know, before we do a big update?) I did a bunch of quick little faces for the little portrait base and there are some new patterns. Number 21 is my favorite pattern yet.

10/1/04 - I should be starting contests again in the relatively near future. I've done a couple of sprites and a blinkie, and not much else. And a little portrait base, but that's not much. Of course, there's the surprise Salli and I have been working on.

9/1/04 - I made a portrait base. I'm not sure what I was thinking. (You should tell me what you think, especially if you think that a) I should make more portraits or b) I should absolutely never make more.) I'm trying to get back into this - it's not that I'm not interested, it's that I've started classes (again) and I am still trying to figure out how to work with my new schedule. -

8/6/04 - I'm still alive, honest.

7/9/04 - The revamp is supposed to be complete. If you find any problems or any pages that I missed, please let me know! I've been playing around with pixel-shading because I'm too busy to do much else. A couple of adoptions, because I found a really cool site. -

6/28/04 - Revamp in progress. I finally updated awards and gifts, plus I added a new requests and adoptions page. There's some really lovely work there which you should really check out!

6/26/04 - Revamp! Just the index page for now, to see if I like it. Layout done entirely using CSS instead of tables.

6/22/04 - Awards are up for the blinkie contest. I apologize for the delay. I probably won't have time to send an email notifying everyone just yet. I'm moving, and I don't know how long it will be before I am updating again. It might be Thursday night. It might be next week. It might be next month. I have some new portrait dolls, but I don't have enough time to post them right now.

5/26/04 - I graduated. I was all set to post an announcement about it, but I never did. (Go me.) I did, however, finally get around to doing Base/Face Edit awards. -

5/17/04 - Contests. Must work on contests. I promise that I am absolutely going to work on contests. In the meantime, I did a base that I just had to share right away! Edit: The Blinkie Contest is now voting! -

5/11/04: Due to lack of internet access, I haven't been able to work on either of the contests. Now that I'm back online, I'll be working on that. In the meantime, I did a couple of tutorials.

4/27/04: Lots of new stuff! Several dolls, a base, and some blinkies. Also, I got an award from DHF's 'Forest Folk' contest - yippee! Since the site is somewhere in the vicinity of a year old, I finally broke down and changed the background images for a new 'look'. -

4/23/04: I made some new blinkies and a pixely portraity thing. I updated awards. I updated gifts. If I missed something, please let me know!

4/18/04: New Blinkie Contest. Plus a new camp counselor base — the next one is coming as soon as I try it out! Also, if you haven't already done it, you should vote in Salli's survey.

4/15/04: Base/Face Edit Contest now voting! Also, please check out Salli's Rebel Alliance Contest (she really needs entries). I split the fantasy dolls category into two pages, since it was getting rather long.

She kind of looks like me. 4/11/04: Lots and lots of new stuff! I renamed the "Miscellaneous" section under "Science Fiction", since it seemed to contain only Star Wars stuff.

The new 'camp counselor' base is not really new, but I wanted to try it out before I uploaded it, and I finally did. I think it turned out fairly well - it is not an easy pose! The first of the larger ones is a new pose, but I used the legs from one of the earlier ones. The second is off of an existing smaller base, which is why it's not pixel-shaded.

Finally, I've got a good number of entries for the Base/Face Edit contest. I just haven't posted any of them yet. If you haven't heard back from me yet, that's because neither has anyone else. It's been a long couple of weeks. I also have a gazillion gifts that I should post, and I'm very sorry about that. :\ -

I wish it were still snowy. But it's not. 3/26/04: Awards are up for 'Fantasy in Red' and I've posted a new contest, a base/face edit. Meanwhile, I did a whole bunch of patterns and have otherwise been feeling rather lazy. -

3/19/04: I'm back. I won't be able to take care of the contest until at least the beginning of next week, but I'm back. I haven't gotten to my email yet. Two (three, if you count the little girl) new bases, one of which I actually like. -

2/28/04: New base. I did it from scratch this time, instead of working from a smaller one - I really like what that does with the outline, but I'm not sure about the shading. What do you think? -

2/25/04: I snitched an idea for Salli and am adding commmenting to my news posts, in lieu of the tag board I shall never install. I have about four entries for the contest that I need to put up and I'm working on a new tutorial.
