Extra Stuff

This is the page where I put miscellaneous things that I have been working on and would like to share, including desktop wallpapers and icons. Everything here is temporary, available until I feel like adding something different, and may or may not ever have a home anywhere else on the site.

Wallpaper

I started this wallpaper based on a really fabulous photo I took while in India. I added some text because I thought the upper corner needed something. (It's from Psalm 51; the text is taken from the Book of Common Prayer daily devotions, where it is listed as the first part of morning prayer.) 1024 x 768 (278 KB) 800 x 600 (181 KB)

Icons

Four oh-so-Lutheran pixel-drawn icons. I like to use the open-and-closed WOV pair as my recycle bin. (Because it includes mainly hymns "recycled" from other traditions, get it?) The Luther rose is a bonus extra! Remember, if you are in the ELCA or ELCIC, the new worship book is coming—so get your LBW icon while you can! These icons work well in Windows XP and include 256 color versions so they should work on earlier versions as well, whether you like to look at "tiles" or regular-sized icons or the itty-bitty ones.
